Shipping policy

Parts ship from the store that has them: Bristol PA, Jamesburg NJ, Allentown PA, Little Ferry NJ, Elizabeth NJ, and Dallas TX. Headquarters is 2601 Sisson St, Baltimore, MD 21211. Checkout uses a US ZIP, city, and state. Ground, freight, and same-day will-call are the usual paths. In-stock lines leave from the dock that holds the part. Orders at or above the free-shipping threshold in Settings ship without a ground charge; otherwise a rate is added at checkout or quoted by our team. You get a tracking number when the warehouse marks the order fulfilled. Inspect the carton at delivery and note damage with the carrier before you sign. Call 410-235-8829 or write sales@dwclutch.com if a line is short or the box is broken.
